According to Review Dell Latitude E6530 Notebook - NotebookCheck.net Reviews

    He got a 2951 using a i5 3360 , 500 gb hard drive and 4gb ram.

i'm using the i5 3340 , 320 gb hard drive and 16gb. using cpuz i checked the ram is in dual thread mode.

    I got a PCMark 7 score 2648.0

In addition, the computer feels slow which is why i checked. Also, for those that are interested, the mouse pad is bad, but i feel the build quality is great. but the mouse bad slips and slides everywhere.

The touchpad is pretty sensitive...sometimes I feel like it works with just waving my hand over it ;-). Try going to the touchpad (Dell has a control panel like utility) and make sure Toughguard is turned on in the sensitivity section. I also disabled scrolling and zoom, but do like the two finger scrolling so that's enabled.

I am quite aware that this is an old thread. I do find that the 6530 with graphics runs better than its 6540 equivalent. A little chunkier in build perhaps but it is still a recommended model from me to those that need to run something more substantial than just general computing use.
