second video card in dock

    I have a M6300 with a quadro FX1600M nvida card.
    Does anyone know what second card is compatible with this card?
    I would like to run three monitors off the dock but the two cards I have tried are not compatible with the FX1600 drivers and Vista shuts that card down....
