My faithful E4300 with broken hinges, broken keyboard has now developed a screen problem and I am out of warrantry.

Shopping the outlet what 13.3 inch laptop should I buy ?
    And in what configuration ?

Also what is it with the coupon codes this days, I have subscribed but haven't got any mails for Dell for months

What are you planning on doing with your computer? You could look at the E6320, but honestly if you want a cheap ultraportable computer, I would take a look at Lenovo's X220 ThinkPad. The IPS screen is the best for the money (40 dollar upgrade) and features Sandy Bridge. Dell's newest Latitude looks very unprofessional with the newest redesign.

Keep in mind that the E6320 uses a 16:9 screen, so it's actually quite a bit larger than the E4300. You will need to look at 12" 16:9 laptops (ie. Latitude E6220) if you want something of the same size.
