Well, I just replaced my hard drive in my D830. Windows XP is installed and fully updated along with all my Dell drivers. However, when I use the buttons located above the keyboard to adjust my volume, the indicator that appears on the screen is in the middle of the screen. Any ideas on how this occurred or how it can be fixed?

Also, is there a way to get the application that tells you the Service Tag and Express Service Code back? I couldn't find it on the driver website.

    Thanks in advance!

Well, I'm dumb... I tried dragging the volume notification as you would do with a normal window.... it moved anywhere I wanted it.

    At least it's fixed!
