    Can anyone tell me is there any laws preventing from installing MS windows XP on DELL Vostro 1400. It originally came with linux ubuntu version.

    Only the "Law" of lack of free will, will prevent you from loading XP on your DELL.
    Go on, do it, you know you want to.

    Do it dude, and never look back. I'm dual-booting Vista and Ubuntu...thinking about installing a bigger HD and switching to XP at some point...or TRI-BOOT!!! :D :cool:
