    SOLVED !!!

    Hi,
    I guess I screwed it up.
    I formatted the c: drive and reinstalled windows XP.
    No I didn't back up the drivers....:(
    why are they gone now and where do I get them as Dell seems to have
    forgot to include the driver cd for this machine....

    Sweet! That did it. Why don't they just include a driver cd with your purchase? It seems like it would make sense....
