The upgrade from 2gig to 4 is €150 - crazy!
Unfortunately, the crucial advisor here doesn't list the 1310.
http://www.komplett.ie/k/kc.aspx?bn=10232 (probably where I'd buy it)
What models have the same sort of RAM?

There's an option on the Dell config for one 2gig stick, that'd be the one I ordered.

Just buy cheapest ram, then order cheaper ram elsewhere, you will want

    DDR2 667mhz PC5300 or 5400 Ram

Excellent, that's what I was looking for. It's <1/3rd of the price!
