Work this code on m4500 ?
    FN+Shift+15324. FN+R

It should show the menu : "Thermal control" but does not show
How to control fan speed on this laptop ?

    Precision m4500

FN+Shift+15324 work (led flashes) (on of on of)
    FN+r or FN+t don't work

    FN+Z work (disable the fan)
    I'am using Windows 8 Enterprise

    This. Is. Brilliant..

Though if I turn the fan off, it comes right back up. When I press Fn R or FN T it directs me to the basic bios looking page. In a sense, yes Fn R works, but it's more of data display, not a control panel of some sort.

Would also love to know how to manual control fan speed... To turn it off basically.

As far as I know this "trick" only works for E6x00 Latitudes. I do not think you can stop the scroll lock light from flashing after you have entered the menu and before you reboot.
