    Ok, I got the PRX01 and my external hard drive (WD 320 GB) or my 8GB flash drives will not be read except on the one usb with power; is that normal or I got a lemon?

    That shouldn't be normal... I'm pretty sure my external HDD and flash drives work on all four of my PRX01 ports. What happens when you plug these devices into the other ports? Absolutely nothing? Some sort of error? Does the external HDD spin up? Also, what computer and BIOS revision?

    The strange thing is the mouse would work but not the usb flash or the HD!? No spin, no lights, just as it is not even connected.

    I am still having trouble with my Docking station; is there any device updates that could fix the usb issues? I can't seem to find any under the dell website.
