I recently went to re-apply the thermal compound to my heatsink, and when I took the heatsink off, the Nvidia GPU pad basically crumbled away. I can't seem to find a part number for the thermal pad itself, but the closest I can find is this:

    GPU Thermal Conductive Heatsink Pad 2 5cm x 2 5cm 1 0mm Thick | eBay

Is that what I need, or should I get something else?

Dell doesn't send thermal pads seperately, so you can ask for a parts-only dispatch for the heatsink.

Get a pad of the same thinkness and that has adequate dimensions, at worse, get a bigger one and cut it.
