problem with bluetooth..plz help

Hello ! I am Foram. Bluetooth is not working in my Dell Vostro laptop.

The error I get when i install s/w of Bluetooth Stack of windows by Toshiba is "could not find a compatible bluetooth chip on your system." and moreover when i install drivers (dell_wireless-360-module-wit_A01_R155172.exe) for it the error i get is "this self-extracting zip file is a part of multidisk zip file. please insert the last disk of the set." I dont have the cd for bluetooth. :confused2:

then after pressing ok i get again another error whose code is 110. Please help me in this regard as soon as possible. thanks to all those who reply me in advance...
