    Hi all,
I would like to get a Precision M6800 and found some upgrades for it.
So I get this as the base:

    Dell Precision M6800 i7 4800MQ 8GB 500GB SSD Hybrid 1080p M6100 Backlit Webcam | eBay

And then could I swap out the card for this: If so how would you do it and what software would I have to uninstall / install?
Dell Alienware NVIDIA GTX780M 780M Video Graphics Card Alienware MSI FJHX2 | eBay

And could I turn this into my boot drive? Again what would be the process?
Amazon.com: Crucial M500 240GB mSATA Internal Solid State Drive CT240M500SSD3: Computers & Accessories

As I said I don't know how long these will be in stock, so please answer quickly!

    Thanks in advance,
    Arcturus314

Why not use the other many threads you have open? I suggest mods lock this one

I apologize. In most of the other forums I have used it has been the opposite: a new thread for a new topic. Mods: Feel free to lock if you feel it is appropriate

It should work, but there is no "guarantee" for DIY upgrade. Swap the card, new driver, that it.

To use a new SSD as boot drive, you can either clone the original drive or do a clean install.
