Precision M65 - bluetooth

Hi!
I have some strange problem. I'm using bluetooth headsets both from Nokia nad Plantronics. At the begining both was working OK but after a while when I start talking to some one over VOIP after a few minutes I miss my microphone, the other side hears just a noise and I need to switch to the integrated microphone to continue the conversation.
Does someone has any clue what is the reason for that, a new driver or a new bluetooth card needed ?
As I get the same fail with 2 different headsets I don't think that is headset fail.
