Which one is the best tool to undervolt the CPU in order to avoid the FAN NOISE from starting every 2 minutes in my M6400, it's super annoying, thanks

It does not matter which tool I use (RMclock, CPUgenie, CCPUID) with the computer IDLE it's just a matter of time until the Fan will start working, the best I've been able to accomplish was 4 minutes with the FAN in very low speed, but always after 4 minutes the fan will start, and between cycles the temperature will start going up, any way to really keep the temp down to avoid the fan ???, thanks

You can try putting the laptop on a fanless cooler, basically a platform which raises the laptop to allow airflow below. A cheap way to try this is to raise the back edge of the laptop by putting something underneat this (I use a couple a small paper notebooks and rest the laptop on the notebook edges). It also tilts the laptop allowing for better typing.

I have mine on a laptop cooler and the fans never start while doing simple staff.
If demanding application run, well I guess you have heard them! :)
