    yep can see from your siggy, this model cannot fit a m.2 so best to use back larger mSata or forego the optical ODD if you want to use a Sata SSD.

    With an older laptop I had a mSATA SSD that i wanted to use within the hot swappable bay of my M4800. I ended up buying a 2.5" HDD cappy bay thaty suuports mSATA to regular SATA connection and it works flawlessly. Glad we have these sorts of adapters, as mSATA quickly become obsolete being replace by the more favourable m.2 (PCI express mini)
