I have bought recently refurbished Precision M4600 and experienced coil whine high pitch noise from the area near CPU and SSD. I thought it was SSD but today I have discovered thx some posts on the Internet that the problems may be CPU c-states enabled in BIOS. I have disabled the setting and now I am experienceing amazing silence. ;)

    I hope I have helped ;)
