I don't think that part is available as a kit. It might be listed on the complete parts breakdown but I don't have that available.

Yes the UHD panel on the 7540 is different. It is now a HDR400 panel.

Ok. It was nice to have an option to install cheaper SSDs but with how much SSD prices have fallen in the last year or two this doesn't really bother me much.

Both UHD panels, UHD w/touch 100% Adobe & the OLED UHD without touch 100% DCI-P3, have Gorilla Glass over the top so the reflective is the same on both panels. For non-reflective I would recommend the FHD panel.

Thanks for your reply but my question was regarding the 7740 and if that screen was updated?

The 7730 shipped with everything that you needed to install four M.2 drives even if you just purchased it with one (screws, heatsink, etc.). This has been the case with prior systems as well. I suspect that it will be the same with the 7740.

The UHD panel on the 7740 is also a 400nit panel. If you order only 1 x M.2 PCIe SSD it will be in the carrier in the first slot next to the battery. All 3 of the other M.2 slots will be open and ready for you add M.2 SSD's into them.

What about the GPU form factor in the newly launched Dell Precision machines (7540, 7740).
Is it DGFF like in 7530/7730 or MXM?
