    More first impressions:
It's fun to watch the cursor move around on a 120hz screen
Even the 7760 feels pretty comfortable on the lap, it's not too heavy/big
With light web browsing, the bottom cover doesn't get too hot, it's not uncomfortable to use on the lap
And in basically every aspect, it's better than my XPS 15 7590
Keyboard is pretty good except for the layout which is unforgivable. It's not quite as good as a longer travel Latitude (7480 I think) keyboard that I have previously used, but it's still much better than my XPS. It feels to be a bit more suited to fast bursts of typing with the shallower (compared to the longer travel Latitude) travel and snappy feel due to a large activation force and a lack of much force afterwards.

I'm downloading Firestrike right now, and will run it but with only 8GB ram. I got 64GB of crucial ballistix 3200mhz CL16 ram and a 1tb Samsung 980 that I will install tomorrow.

Can you tell if the 120hz panel is actually 35ms response time, as specified by Dell? For that matter, could you check the panel model number via HWInfo64?

Does yours have the IR Camera or the regular one? The IR Camera had a pretty grainy picture compared to the regular one on the 7740 and I was curious if it was any improved on this new model.

If you have the MUX set to dedicated mode is Integer scaling available in Nvidia control panel, to have a crisp 1920x1080 on the native UHD panel?

How is the temperature of the keyboard between F6-F12 under load. Uncomfortable to touch or just warm?

Keep in mind just because the Ballistix boots you should still run thorough stability tests like CBR23 on loop and Memtest86 overnight. The 7740 I had would boot with the same ram installed but would randomly crash. You may also want to just get all RAM now as well because stability with four sticks installed is a different ball game than stability with just two. It may be that 3200 CL22 (or CL20) is the only config stable with 96GB or 128GB.

Finally I have my 7560 on hands. Initial impression is wow, this laptop is built like a tank. The lid and bottom cover are metal which looks premium. The thickness and weight are in the middle of my previous two laptops (Thinkpad W520 and HP Zbook Studio G3). Its footprint is even smaller than G3.

I have two SSDs to install in 7560. Therefore, I had to open the bottom cover. It took me 15 mins to figure out and remove the cover (I read the service manual before). It is a bad design for serviceability. My W520 and G3 are much easier to do.

Inside, it is nice to see all three SSD slots have their own metal thermal plate. The original SSD is installed to PXIe 4.0 slot, which is under the quick access bottom door.

Here is the quick result from userbenchmark.com for my 7560.

    UserBenchmarks: Game 72%, Desk 103%, Work 73%
    CPU: Intel Core i7-11850H - 97%
GPU: Nvidia RTX A2000 Laptop GPU - 67.7%
    SSD: Kxg60znv512g NVMe KIOXIA 512GB - 253%
    SSD: Adata SX8200PNP 2TB - 748.1%
    RAM: Unknown HMAA2GS6AJR8N-XN 2x16GB - 101.2%
    MBD: Dell Precision 7560

My SSD is manufactured by KIOXIA which is formerly known as Toshiba Storage. The RAM manufacturer is SK Hynix.

I have the IR camera, the image is pretty bad... might even be worse than my XPS 15 7590
I don't see an option for integer scaling (maybe I'm looking in the wrong place). At 1080p, it looks very blurry

So far, It's not hot unless you hold your hand there for more than a few seconds. Pressing the keys is just warm.
I will definitely stress test the memory. Right now, 128GB ram just won't fit in my budget (and 64GB is already a bit too much for my current needs) so 64gb is what I have for now. If the RAM that I have right now doesn't work in 128gb configuration, I can buy some CL22 RAM that should be cheaper later on. Sorry that I can't validate the stability of 128GB RAM.

Btw, I'm running TimeSpy right now but with only 8GB RAM

Look under "Adjust desktop size and position" in NVIDIA control panel. There is a section that says "Select a scaling mode" which has the options.

Overall, I like the aesthetic of the 7760... and I'm a sucker for exposed heat sink fins :)

I will install Windows 10 to a second drive.

I did TimeSpy and got roughly 8900 (RTX A4000) which isn't very impressive. The score should increase considerably with 64gb RAM.

You're correct. I'm installing "Pro" edition and which has the option to "use a local account" which I've done. But being the anal retentive and security conscious guy I am, I'm trying to void creating an unnecessary bogus set of credentials that need to be purged later. :) Being that I don't have my real memory yet, I'm just going through the motions now and will wipe everything clean with another fresh install once I've make the upgrade from the current 8GB to 128GB.

I felt like the biggest idiot when I was trying to remove the bottom cover... at least I'm not alone
I installed a 1TB Samsung 980... but not before I dropped it from the table onto a wooden floor , seems to be working fine though

You can convert your local account to a MS account once you're online by just going to Settings and linking it up ...

Anyway, another thing you could do is use the "load driver" function during Windows setup — it is on the screen where it asks you which drive to install on, pretty early in. While this is "supposed" to be for loading a disk controller driver, if you hand it your NIC INF file I believe it will be retained all the way through Windows setup and then you should be online at the end.
