Tried out the vBIOS, now I can push 1.15v but for some reason higher voltages only apply when I fail overclocking or exit a benchmark. Otherwise the max is always 1.15v. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled both the drivers and TriXX and get the same behavior. Not sure how to force the voltage higher.

I have also reflashed with 1.175v/1.2v/1.225v but stuck at 1.15v.

But 1.15v is a victory to me so far! lol Im trying for 1050c/1350m right now...with 60% power limit @ 50 TDP. I altered the power limit to see if the behavior would change any...

Good to see you have such a positive result:) Now let's try do the following: set voltage to 1.1v in your vBIOS, download attached TRIXX with unlocked voltage control (it can apply only values that are higher than current set in vBIOS) and try to change the voltage with it.

BTW, why don't you try my last XMP mode?:)

EDIT: Here is the link lol: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AooKL5SiajFyiqJLrbYX6HZQcITgpA

Attached as in, attached to the post?

Will I need to uninstall the old TriXX along with Drivers ? You can actually control voltage? thus far its been N/A in the voltage area of TriXX.

No need to uninstall - just run it. It miss the overclock option, but voltage control is really handy:)

Just for comparison, here is my investigation to find the optimal clock (based on Valley):
    Code:
    Valley ExtremeHD:
    1090c 1250m 1225v - 687 - yeah, this card don't like max voltages
    1070c 1250m 1200v - 682
    1050c 1250m 1200v - 675
    1050c 1250m 1175v - 680 - stable, but heavy DX11 games might crush
    1045c 1250m 1175v - 673 - best stability and optimal performance
    1050c 1250m 1150v - 660 - unstable
    1000с 1250m 1150v - 656

The sad part is that I have Samsung memory modules and they can't pass 1250Mhz even on desktops cards.

I just finished a couple of runs of Valley HD.

First run at 1.225v crashed the PC at the last scene. Im guessing its just too much power, not sure if its too much power on the card or just my PSU not being able to keep up (150w)

Second run @1.2v was a success. 1100c/1300m cracked 710 in Valley
    Third run @ 1.2v was a success. 1100c/1450m Valley score 717
    fourth run @ 1.2v was a success. 1100c/1500m Valley score 725

This card is lovin 1.2v for now! +325c/+375m, man your a miracle worker!

Sorry I know your memory isnt cooperating but Im totally stoked that I was able to push it this hard lol

Going to try a quick round of Tekken 7, its GPU heavy and light on the CPU so I dont have to worry about power requirements as much...

EDIT: scratch that, dont have much more time to invest into this tonight, prepping my physics exam for hopefully in 2 days lol.

Ill just see how far I can push in Valley Extreme HD

Oh and my power is as follows...

    TDP Limit 60% w/ TDP @ 53

    Power Limit (W) 21 - 85

Nice to see we actually cracked that voltage barrier:) Thank you for testing ;)

I think, running this tinny card so hard may corrupt it some day (or motherboard in worst case). From all of my tests I could say that this GPU optimal voltage is 1.175 and going higher is super risky and non optimal in terms of performance. I've achieved 701 score with 1050 core, 1350 mem and 1.175 voltage. Since you have a much better memory and higher ASIC you could easily achieve 710 without pushing this card so hard:)

But any way, why don't you wanna try my 1333 C7 XMP mod from previous page?:)

I tried pushing 1125c and/or 1525m and both failed at various points in the benchmark, I probably need a 210w PSU if I am to really try to push farther I think. but I am happy with 1100/1500 for a benchmark run. Not sure if its gaming stable yet, ill figure that out before I go to bed.

I just tried the 1333mhz C7 mod and it made my laptop unbootable. I removed them all and narrowed it down to the ADATA 8GB dimm not being able to run at those speeds. I left it out for now, I dont have time to trouble shoot it at the moment (spent too much time already on Valley HD lol) but i figured it might be a good excuse to pull the 4GBx2 from my y510p since I am not using it right now, and put it into my m4600. Making it a clean 4x4GB

Im guessing I may have to turn off XMP to get it to boot with it again right?

RAM seems to not be stable, just had a BSOD. flashing the 139 now.

This stupid M4600 always working with XMP (even if you disable it in BIOS). To turn of XMP "loading" just put one DIMM without any XMPs along side to those you want to recover.

So, does 1333 C7 worked on those 4gb sticks?

So I just have to flash one stock and then pop it back in? Simple enough, I can do that before bed

The 139 is stable for now, but for how long Im not sure yet, I have to get back on school stuff as I have an appointment in a couple of hours with an instructor (online) then when people start leaving the house I can run some AIDA64 memory test or if there is another benchmark you like that i can get I'll run that instead...

It didnt like the 107 folder, browser is acting up as well now, I may just flash stock. I need to get back to work lol

Would you be able to make me some looser timings for now? Ill attach the SPD in just a moment

Took the ram out of my y510p and popping it into my m4600

EDIT: That failed, cant even boot. Im now at 8GB ASINT DIMMS, only thing that is bootable at the moment. Going to reflash those if I can, tried to before and said that the format was incorrect.

EDIT#2: CPU-Z no longer displays any SPD information...

Yeah, I wasnt too confident about messing with the RAM, GPU bad flash I can just boot Dos and 2 minutes later Im back working, RAM I have no idea. Even tried different and render my laptop unPOSTable

EDIT#3 can boot with just the 8GB from y510p, but not with the 8GB ASINTs with their new timings, and for w/e I cant flash them myself, gives me a formatting error.

Im back up and running with the 8GB from the y510p in the top slots and the ASINT DIMMS in the bottom slots, not sure why that mattered but Im back up and running now
