Please help Dell Vostro 1014

Let me ask installed xp operating system for Dell Vostro 1014 series, but the audio does not have the mic volume and no part Streo mix.

People look at two pictures below (picture attached), and show me how to fix it.

I did try just like you said, but the results are still not, the Windows 7 operating system, I could talk, but not used by the sketchy, so I reinstall windown xp, and can not talk to anyone is , and I can not make music, which Dell_sreenatg_G Driver I tried to download and install testing but it is so, you can overcome any other way? Please just help.

If that did not work, try these steps.

1) Click start-->Run. Types "services.msc" without the quotes and press enter. You will get the services window.

2) Check if the windows audio service is started.

3) If it is not, double click on it, change the start up type to "Automatic" and click on "Start". Click on "Ok"

4) If it is already started, stop and start it.
