    hello every one..

    i've a problem with my laptop which is not detecting any pendrives on my laptop
    when i''m placing in the usb ports.
    i dono why it hapened and dono what to do to solve the problem even...

    i'm using windows xp sp2 on my vostro 1510 laptop and all drivers are installed as required but problem persistes and iritating me.

    please help me to solve my problems

    Get the SP3 service pack for XP, install it and see if the problem goes away.

    i already done formatting 3 to 4 times and not worked ....so plz say some solution to solve this problem

    I'm not promising that SP3 is the solution, but it includes innumerable bug-fixes and updates. You can get it here and use it to update your XP SP2.

    Even SP3 is older than your Vostro, so you should also install the correct drivers from Dell downloads. I would start with the Intel chipset driver.
