    Anyone know how to enable GPU overclocking on a 1510?

    It seems the BIOS lock out software overclocking (is this possible)?

    Rivatuner/AtiTool don't work - they just reset to default speeds.

    I've tried on XP 32 and Vista 32 and 64.
