    quick question, does dell give you a os program disk when you purchase your laptop, the reason I ask sony has the customer burn your own dvd from your hd when you receive it, they do not give any disk at all, thx

    Dell gives you all of the disks you could possibly need. Windows, drivers, WinDVD, Roxio, Webcam software, plus Dell is actually pretty good to put updated drivers on their support website.
