Does anyone know which version of the nVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS is used in the new Dell Vostro 1320? Is it DDR2 or GDDR3?

    I'm sure it's DDR2 but I have no way to confirm 100%.

Have you considered calling Dell and see if they know?

You might get someone who knows or will at least find out for you.

I'd say it's GDDR 3 as the last release to use GDDR2 was the i1520/V 1500 series.
Be surprised if they went back to GDDR2 for their latest onboard, descrete cards.
