I just did a clean install of Vista Business (64 Bit) on my lappy...and...well I have no sound from my speakers now. If I plug in my headphones, then I can hear the tunes.

Here are a couple of actions that I took:
-I have installed the latest drivers.
-I checked the bios to make sure that everything was happy.

Any suggestions? I have seen a few people post about similar problems on other locations throughout the web...but nothing that specific to my problem. I know the massive knowledge of this board won't let me down.

    Thanks!

    Hello n00b =)

Boot up into Linux with a LiveCD and see if your speaks get sound.

    Which drivers did you try?
