No IPS for AMD M8900?

    I don't play DVDs often anymore, but if I remember correctly, there is a way to turn hardware acceleration on/off. This way it won't use the GPU, but the CPU instead.

    Its very strange that M8900 doesn't output 10bit whereas M5950 does :\
    This is why HP 8760W offers mid-range M5950 with its IPS screen.
    This is so odd, with M6600's IPS only Quadro cards fit whereas HP's DreamColor goes with M5950 only and not with Quadro cards.
    LOL so stange, how comes that HP didn't disable the optimus on Quadro cards and offer M5950 with it's big 17inch laptop, I would rather prefer getting 15inch instead of 17inch .
    It's great that dell offers high performance cards with IPS!

    Im pretty sure the Nvidia Optimus technology does that to reduce power consumption.

    And this is straight from Dell:
    I was customizing an M6600 with the IPS screen selected and no error popped up for me except that.

    I've got an M6600 on order with the M8900 and the IPS panel...
