I have a Latitude E6530 and a caddy from newmodeus and it's only linking up at 1.5 Gbps. This is connected to the optical bay and the ESATA port. I tried the same drive in a lenovo caddy and it linked up at 3 Gbps. I called them and they said their caddy shouldn't have any limitations so they're sending me another to test. Any other users have similar experience? I am using the intel rapid store technology console to determine link speed.
