This may sound like a stupid question, but here it goes. I have 3 quick launch / access buttons above my keyboard. One has what looks like 2 wheels, the other a wrench and the last one a star.

I know the one with the wrech is configured for Dell Support Center, the one with the star - allows me to configure to whatever I want.

What does the one with the 2 wheels/gears do. I though it was for Windows mobility centre or something.....but it seems to do nothing????

Anyone know what it's for - HELP.

    Hi,

The first button with the picture of two wheels is for launching the Windows Mobility Center. If it is not responding, please re-install the Quickset application. Please find below the link for the Dell support web page, you may use the same to download and install the Quickset application for Vostro 3460. You will find the Quickset file under the ‘Application’ category.

I hope this helps. Please do write back in case you need any further assistance.

    Thanks and regards
