    Recently bought a new Vostro 14 3468 i3 (7th gen).

    1. Touchpad performance is not good. Do you think installing the Dell driver will help? Currently running the driver Windows installed.

    2. Accidentally disabled the touchpad. Had to connect a mouse to re-enable it. Any tips to prevent that from happening at all? Any tips for re-enabling it if a mouse is not available to hand (eg. forgot to carry it on an outstation trip)?

    3. The touchpad is not rigid and shows significant movement under nominal pressure. Pressing the touchpad anywhere makes a clicking sound and results in a left click. Is this normal or have I got a bad touchpad and need to contact Dell support? Alternatively, should I open it and put some packing under it for bracing? Duct tape?

    1. Installed the driver from the Dell website. MUCH better. Had to install it while offline as Windows kept re-installing the one it had installed.

    2. Anything on this? You can't even install the touchpad driver provided by Dell without a mouse or touchpad - can't use the installer with the keyboard alone. SMH

    3. ANYTHING? ANYONE? Do ALL DELL touchpads behave the same way?
