New TPM Firmware Upgrade

    For all E-Series Latitudes & Precision M2400/M4400/M6400.

    Previously known as the Broadcom USH Firmware, this is now called the Dell Control Vault Firmware.

    This upgrades the F/W to version A08; use the appropriate ushupgrade.exe or the ushupgrade64.exe files located in the firmware folder.

    A nice update even if you don't have a Fingerprint Reader - this flashes the actual TPM chip & fixes various issues with TPM power management & SC functionality.
