    Hi,
Glad to see the forum and the way people respond.
Here is my problem and hoping for some solution:

I own Dell latitude XT tablet PC. It was working fine till today morning and all of a sudden my LCD screen was going blur :(
Initially i thought its the driver problem, but driver is not the issue as installing latest from dell.com could not resolve the issue. Also I have attached external monitor and inthat there is no blur.

The problem is if the LCD is stable on a table the display is good, but if i shake the LCD it is blurred.
    What could be the problem?

    Thanks for your time.

    Sure sounds like it.

Does adjusting the screen position change the blur?

Yeah, changing the screen position changes the blur and at some constant position it disappears.
I need to move the screen front and back to see where i can use my LCD to work without blurs.
If its gonna LCD problem how should i go to fix it.
    Thanks for your time.

I would check whether the connectors on the cable between the screen and the board have worked loose by disconnecting / reconnecting them. This guide may help and there should also be a service manual on the Dell support site.

How old is the computer? Most of the Latitudes are sold with a 3 year warranty and most of these XTs are less than one year old so they would be covered by the minimum warranty. You can check the warranty duration by inputting the Service Tag into the Dell support site and selecting the System Configuration option.

If in warranty it is time to phone Dell support.
