    I searched the forums before posting this thread and could not find any information. I'm with the vast resources this forum has someone here must have had experience with Merk America. They are offering new Dell Precisions for 50% - 60% off. They have a reseller rating of 10 for the last six months yet only 7 ratings posted since 2010. Is this a scam or is this company legit?

    Well I looked at the site, and the prices aren't that great anyways. Some of them are Refurbished models btw.
    The prices are about the same from Dell and are probably cheaper on the Dell Outlet (refurbished models) with a coupon (although it's really hard to get one from the Outlet).

    Anyways, I wouldn't recommend buying it from that site :)

    This is one of those companies who run scripts and grab machines from the outlet from users. The others are ones on ebay.

    They can still run scripts? I thought with the new Dell outlet design Dell kind of prevented it (capchas, timeouts etc)
