New M6800 Screen Flicker

I have a new M6800. I bought the base set up online with AMD Firepro and Windows 7 Pro.

I've had it just over a week.

On 3 or 4 occasions I've noticed a slight and brief 'screen flicker' when coming out of sleep mode. It appears like black horizontal lines across the screen for maybe half a second before the full picture takes over. A bit like horizontal hold on a television. It only happens briefly, and occasionally, but it happens.

Can anyone tell me what it is or what causes it?
Can anyone tell me if this indicates a fault of any kind and whether it needs attending to or if I should contact Dell for a fix/replacement?
