First of all thanks to everyone who answered all my goofy pre-purchase questions. So far I have only had issues with irratic scroll pad control and occasional DCP unreliability, but happy I have had none of the audio problems many people were describing, thank goodness!:D

    I have two questions:

    1. How do I adjust the display sharpness? When I open the Nvidia control panel and get to the screen where you can adjust display properties the Sharpness slider is inactive.

    2. I ordered with 2MB RAM in 1 dimm. Without physically pulling out the stick before I order, what type does it come with so I can match up another 2MB dimm, or what do you guys suggest that works well with whatever Dell currently pre-installs on the E6500?I assume you guys suggest going with someone else other than Dell for purchasing. Does adding my own RAM void any part of the warranty?

Not sure about the first one, but you can use any speed of DDR2 laptop memory in your E6500. Preferably, you should use another 800MHz DIMM, but you really won't notice a difference between that and 667MHz. It does not void your warranty and any brand should be fine; these new Dells don't seem to be "picky" with memory.
