Hello, I want to upgrade my E5430, at first, his specs are :
    I7 3610QM
    1*8Gb 1600MHz DDR3L
    Stock motherboard
    Stock cooling
    Stock used 60Wh battery
    1600*900 screen
    Intel 330 series 180Gb SSD
    I want to upgrade :
-The stock E5430 cooling by the E5530 cooling because the 3610QM can be very hot with the stock cooler.
-The battery, I want to buy one cheapest "97Wh" dell battery (noname or not) and replace all the cell by 3500Mah cell like that : https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10002357/5641202-authentic-samsung-inr18650-35e-3-6v-3500mah is it possible?
-Find custom bios/original .rom bios to custom it to maybe add overclock/undervolting control
    -The screen, I want 1080p or 1440p
    -I want a 4G LTE/3G mPCIE card who support 2600MHz band for 4G LTE and 900MHz and 2100MHz band for 3G
Is all of that can be possible?
    Thanks

Do you know what screen that laptop has in it? If its LVDS, then you're out of luck for 1080p or 1440p. If its eDP, then you should be able to retrofit a 1080p/1440p panel. Probably uses a LVDS though, in which case, you're stuck with the lower resolution panels.

My opinion? Those upgrades will cost you a good amount of money. I would rather get a 5470 with the i7-6820HQ from Dell's outlet for around $600.

What the E5470 have better than the E5430?
I think it's better and cheaper to just upgrade my E5430

edit: and where do you find E5470 with 6820HQ for 600$?
