Really. My dog removed and ate my w key, which I replaced. However another key, wont work after replacing. ( The p,q,r,_,t key). I can get it to work only by prexxing down with xomething pointed into the rubber cup under the key.

Any idea how to fix it? Or if not, how do I remove and replace the keyboard?

    Thankx in advance.

If you just received it, or if its still under warranty...I suggest you contact Dell and have them send you out a replacement keyboard. vs. messing around with it...It could make things worse....Bad dog!!! :(

    Cin ;) :)

lol, just buy a new keyboard off of ebay or another parts site. It is very easy to do, just look up the guide at support.dell.com.
