    Please forgive my poor English, the following are the machine translation

    My M6700 was originally i7-3720QM + K4000M

    A few days ago, at some influential people with the help of my M6700, replaced free of charge from the DELL support XM CPU dual heat pipe radiator;

    This is the original M6700 45W single heat pipe CPU Cooler:

    Replacement dual heat pipe is such a (to borrow a picture of the forum users) --- is actually converted to dual heat pipe, exactly the same as elsewhere:

    With dual heat pipe CPU cooler , you can rest assured that bold on the M6700 supports up to i7-3940XM up ;
    Because of the M6700 is very familiar with ( apart from AB shell did not split the screen too ) , replace the CPU and graphics card coherent ----- confident once all the parts replacement / install ----- took only 12 minutes ( which GTX780 did not bring the original K4000M bracket bracket mounted to tear off the past, graphics CPU smear grease it took me eight minutes ...... ) ;

    Boot, the screen smooth out the obvious need to reset COMS information ( because the hardware was changed , and disassemble COMS battery is removed ) , into a look, huh :

    Set a good time and hard disk boot order , save settings, reboot ---- the question:
    No display screen , black screen ! ! ! !
    Indicator lights flash only boot disk write down , and then went out , and only wireless long bright lights ...........

    Does not it ? Is it a hardware failure ?
    Eyes swept around the M6700 again ---- no smoke ;
    Nose and sniffed around the M6700 once ---- no smell ;
    Ear listening circle around M6700 ---- sound normal ;

    I'm off !
    To open !
    Black ! ? ! ? ! ?

    I then off !
    Amassing open !
    Or black .............

    Power off , remove the battery , unplug the COMS battery backup
    Then put it back , boot, and can bright screen it.
    Then save settings, restart, or black ............

    After numerous boot off the boot , and finally a successful bright screen , successfully launched aggressive Win7 it.
    Rushed in Win7 check the CPU and GPU, all without exception ......
    GTX780M installed the latest version of drivers , reboot , I C, is black ...........

    Afternoon successful boot immediately after looking GTX780M provider, each grinning GTX780M say you are the first person on the M6700 ( I say seems not anymore ) , and then sent me a DELL 780 of VBIOS;
    The reason is because my DELL M6700 is a PC screen , the direct use of EDP interfaces , LVDS unused , CPU 's integrated graphics are permanently shielded , so causing the boot 10 8 ---- 9 is black, not start successfully ;

    Brush VBIOS it: Download the latest version of the DOS version nvflash_5.136, plus DELL GTX780M the VBIOS ( I think it is extracted from the latest GTX780M DELL AW above right ? ) , On the U disk, U disk boot the system into pure DOS7.1 below , start brushing VBIOS:

    Input : nvflash -4 -5 -6 780DELL.rom

    Press Y, began to brush into the VBIOS:

    Shutdown, boot, bright screen OK!
    Then shut down and then boot, or bright screen OK!

    Into Win7, run sub-scores, normal:

    Look at the standby temperature (room temperature 32 degrees), is also very good:

    So , I have this M6700 CPU / GPU / screen is already a top ranking notebook CPU ---- after all, more than i7-3940XM's, with only a M6700 unusable, TDP is also high 2W of i7-4930MX ;

    As to 2015, M6700 should also be more GTX880M or K6000M (K5200M) it ..........
