There is also a stackable 5% off $1299 coupon for Latitudes which expires on December 10. This one is apparently good for multiple uses. Found it on slickdeals.

I almost used the $350 off on Latitude but it cancels out the instant $369 discount the site is offering. Dell almost had a sale.

 

I don't understand why dell offers coupons for things that are already on sale at a greater discount...

 

Maybe there are other Latitudes that don't have the discount.
