    Thanks. I tried but it's as if the buttons really don't work. Everything's set properly, but there is no response whatsoever from either of the middle buttons. Looks like I'm going to have to run the tech support gauntlet. It's just so hard for me to believe there is a hardware problem, since it's both of the middle buttons that aren't working. But nothing I try will make them respond.
