M6800 - remap keyboard - Windows 8.1

    Dell decided to move the Home, End, Delete keys form the NumPad keyboard, and placed multimedia keys instead.
    I am used to M6500 keyboard layout, which I find more usable for me.

    I could not find a way to remap those multimedia keys - I am using Windows 8.1
    Any tip?
