Anyone else experiencing build quality issues with their M6800 notebooks? I've received 3 replacement units exhibiting a wide variety of out of the box hardware issues: fingerprint reader, primary assembly and screen to name a few. I’ve had multiple on-site visits and also sent a unit to the depot for repair where they did nothing that was requested of them. The latest and most persistent issue I’m encountering concerns the touchscreen display. Over all 3 of the exchange units I’ve received, the touchscreen glass starts to protrude outside of the display bezel substantially so. This seems to happen prominently on the upper left hand corner, although a recently received unit exhibits the issue on the lower left. Looking at the screen from an angle, it looks as though the touchscreen layer is connected to the panel with some sort of double-sided adhesive tape and it would appear that it is separating from the panel. I can push the glass back in, however; it is short lived as the glass eventually pops out again. It concerning as it gets worse over time (likely due to the heat) and its not something you would from with a laptop with thousands. Naturally, Dell is unaware of any inherent issue with the panels and is suggesting that it be replaced yet again. This has been a 5 month ordeal, wanted to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue(s).
