Does anyone know if it is possible to force the backlit keyboard to stay on? I found a setting that lets you adjust up to 5 minutes, but can't find a way to force it to stay on indefinitely. I like how the computer looks with the backlit keyboard on and if I don't type for a few minutes it's annoying how it automatically turns off, especially if it is dark in the room.

My Samsung 840 Pro SSD will be here in about a week. I am going to make it my primary boot drive by cloning my 830 SSD that I'm use now. How does one setup the AES 256-bit full-disk encryption that the 840 Pro supports? Do I have to set something up in the Bios?

Talk about confusing. A few threads ago, there was a discussion about Dell's return policy for refurbished systems. I said it was 15 days and someone else pointed out 21 days.

I finally found the link for the 15 day limit on returned Dell refurbished systems at:

Dell - Support (This is the link I am referred to for making a return on a refurbished system)

and if you favor the 21 day limit you can find it here:

Returning Dell (Clicking through the links here I get a "processing error" for the "return form")

So I am now wonder what the policy really is since I am returning a refurbished system again.

    Dang confusing!
