I executed the performance index and everything was over 7.0 but the Hard Drive was 3.0, I have installed the Intel Chipset and SATA drivers, what else I should do ?, in Vista x64 I got around 6.0 for the disk, thanks

Use a real benchmarking tool instead of WEI? In general, even when WEI is working properly, it is not an accurate measure of performance and should probably not be taken seriously. Then again, I don't know if the usual 3DMark or PCMark benches are working in 7 either...

If you really care (and honestly, you shouldn't), you can go manually change the WEI results...

brosen I see that you have multiboot on your machine.
If you are using an RGBLED screen may I ask you if the colours appear different between Vista and Win7?
Especially the greens and the reds.
    Tnx!

There isn't one. MS found a problem where drives were getting better performance scores due to caches then they should be getting. As such they nuked everyone's score down to 3 until they figure out how to work this problem out. As if it really matters. Any M6400 is going to top out the rating scores anyways. No need for MS's validations to know it. :p
