I love Dell's 3 year warranty on Precision! My M6400 warranty is up in 35 days. Called with a list of problems and irritations. The next day a tech showed up with a new motherboard, graphics card, fan, cpu heatsink, screen, keyboard, palm rest, bezel and cover. Stripped the whole thing down, cleaned, replaced all the parts and brought her back up.

Screen is perfect, no bad pixels. Every visible part looks like new. All they kept were the cpu, my SSD in the CD slot and my two 500GB drives, along with the battery and the bottom. I got a new battery and, after owning this thing for 3 years, I feel I have a new computer, with only a small scratch on the bottom.

    Way to go Dell!
