Hi guys - especially those who use Maya,

i'm using Maya 2009 Unlimited. I'm working on a scene - nothing fancy, only about 5.000 polygons.

It's kind of annoying - nearly every minute I get some stuttering while panning or rotating the scene. The viewport framerate drops down to about 20-40fps. It then looks like the scene "caches" and everything goes fine with 300fps and above.

    My specs, x9100, 4gb, fx3700m and vista 64 bit

    Any ideas?

    cheers
    Blues
