I could have sworn that Dell released some new drivers for the FX2700 / FX3700 earlier this year - I could have sworn that I installed them and had problems so didn't re-install them when I had to re-image my laptop.

But looking at the dell download site, there are no drivers for the video from this year!

Where they so buggy that Dell withdrew them?

Yes -- They had A04 out there for a while. Guess they pulled them.

I have them - but never loaded them after seeing the complaints.

I actually loaded laptopvideo2go version 181.20 and have not had any problems with them. I am running Vista 64.

Do they offer any improvement over the versions that Dell currently have out?

If you're looking for the latest Dell video driver for the M6400 with FX3700M then email Dell support (or phone) and ask them to email you Version: 7.15.11.7688

So far I have no problems with it and its newer than their online version.

Hi Lavelle can you tell me the
hardware ID of your RGB-LED display? Samsung it's SEC5443 ?

(I changed 2 display both for the same orange spot on low left angle and other color issues and they were LG, now problem seems solved)

    thanks
