I have a M4800 with M5100 and 4 monitors connected to my dock and laptop.
Windows 8.1, laptop screen not used (closed).

    1 DP-DP, 2 DP-DVI, 1 VGA

For gaming I switch them off but one, the biggest, connected to DP-DP.

When pressing WIN+P I can select different options.
If I select "only secondary monitor" 3 monitors stay on, one goes off - the VGA.
If I select "only main monitor" only the VGA stays on.

Is there a way to set the DP-DP monitor as main monitor?
In Windows-Screen Resolution this is selected as main display, but Win+P is acting like the VGA monitor is main display.

Just to report: I switched to Laptop plus second PC, 2x2 monitors. It is much more convenient and flexible for me.
