I have come from using MacBook pro on riser stand with "matching" Apple external keyboard

Its identical to keyboard layout on laptop

I want to use my m4800 with external keyboard

But cant find one that is even remotely anything like in terms of layout; especially pageup / pagedown / home / end

Lets just say that after nearly 4 years on Apple keyboard if I could have a pound for every time I have hit pageup or pagedown when wanted arrow key since getting m4800 I would be rich man.

That and changing ide at same time as changing machine.

    The air has been blue.

Have you considered remapping the keys? (so page-up is left-arrow and page-down is right-arrow)
(If you're using MSWindows, it requires modifying the system registry, creating a keyboard layout scancode map)

If you do not mind not having a numpad, there is this one that is similar (and has a trackpoint):
