M4600: Is Intel GMA HD Driver required for ATI FirePro?

    According to the Dell re-imaging guide, it does not appear that the Intel GMA HD driver is required for the ATI FirePro. However, if I am to trust the Dell Drivers and Downloads website, it shows the Intel GMA HD driver along with the ATI FirePro driver. (The OS is Windows 7 x64.)

    Is the driver required or not?

    ATI card option does not support the Intel Graphics so no driver is required

    I installed the ATI driver and it runs great with no problems so I can confirm you are correct. Thanks!
