M4500 hdd caddy can use on M4600?

    Can the hdd caddy (fits into the DVD drive) on M4500 fits onto M4600 ?

    Hi Jon,

    As per the design, the Hard Dive in the M4500 is positioned in the corner. However, in the M4600 it is positioned at the center on the right hand side. The caddy is designed according to the position of the Hard Drive; therefore the M4500 Hard Drive caddy will not go with the M4600.

    It won't fit correctly, the M4600 has the redesigned Precision chassis, whereas the M4500 is based on the E6510.
